Tecnipak engineers, designs, and manufactures highly specialized equipment to support ore belt conveyor systems, particularly focused on the challenges posed by large copper mining operations.Regarding wear plates solutions, Tecnipak manufactures wear plates based on high-tech materials, whose durability exceeds several times the average life of standard wear plates. We have solutions applicable from primary to tertiary crushing requirements, both for sites that process sulfides and for those that process oxides.On belt scrapers, Tecnipak has developed a line-up of scrapers tailored to the heavy-duty environment found at large copper mines in Chile. Among them, the lateral replacement scrapers stand out, enabling the blade to be changed safely from one sideof the belt, without the need to enter the transfer chute. We also offer remote control and monitoring of the status of the scrapers through an online platform.
